Hello, we own a tenanted property in Scarborough and we would like a quote for the below jobs if possible please? (preferably one team of people)
- New Kitchen & floor vinyl
- Painting and Decorating
- Checking and fixing possible leaks in ceiling
- Sealing of windows
- Capping of chimney
- Outside repointing and rendering
- Stapling of fitted carpet that has just been thrown over without being attached to the floors (possibly new carpet fitting).
- Other bits and bobs around the house (such as filling of air gaps and draft).
- Damp that needs to be investigated in the kitchen, under the stairs and around the front door.
