Project Manager for a Disability Toilet project at a community center

We are looking to appoint a Project Manager to manage the refurbishment and reconfiguration of a toilet block (male & female) at a community center, to include installation of disabled toilet facilities. The project will also involve levelling of the forecourt and installation of new entrance doors to facilitate wheelchair users access. A builder has been appointed and preliminary work programmes, building specifications done. We are looking for a PM to oversee the work on site, manage the independent contractor appointed for the work, handle any issues that come up during the work, and ensure the build is produced on time, budget and to the quality expected.
