I’m looking for someone who can provide a leak detection service. I have a large window frame with doors opening on to a first floor balcony. The leak is on the ceiling of the bedrooms which are on the ground floor, directly below the window frame. The balcony is watertight so it’s either the windows or the window frame. The leak only occurs when rain is blown directly onto the windows. We can have torrential rain without any leaks as long as it doesn’t blow onto the windows.
