Henderson Roller Shutter Garage Door specialist required

Hi I have a Henderson roller shutter door which is in need of "tensioning". The internal spring mechanism has "unwound" itself when the door was removed and re-fitted and needs to be re-tensioned. If you've done this job before - I trust that will make sense and would love to hear from you . Job is in Ormskirk, Lancashire, just North of Liverpool THanks
