Floor tiles

I had my bathroom redone last year, floor tiles will placed on the floor boards. However less than one year on the tiles are becoming loose as grouting has come away. Can these be re-secured?

Hi Alexandra. tiles in upstairs bathrooms should always be laid on ply base using flexy adhesives and flexi grouts,so unfortunately you need to redo the work.hope this helps regardfs john select floors

Hi Alexandra the tiles will need to come up ply wood over the floor boards and the tiles relaying sorry for bad news regards steve
