Best way to clean very grubby porcelain tiles?

Buy a good quality proprietory cleaner e.g. Grimex from LTP, Extreme Clean from Universeal, or Detertek from Fila. Now using two buckets and a nylon scrubbing brush - fill one bucket with fresh water and one bucket with cleaning solution (watered down as per manufacturers instructions). Wet the tile surface with clean water, then scrub using cleaning solution. Continue to agitate the tiled surface for at least 20 minutes keeping the surface wet at all times (up to an hour is common) then rinse away the dirty surface water, and allow to dry thoroughly for 24 hours. Use an appropriate tile sealer to reduce ingrained dirt/liquid stains in the future.
