Kitchen floor tiling

I am planning for kitchen fitting within the next 6 weeks but would like kitchen floor tiling _ there is wooden floor down at moment, beneath which is concrete. can the tiling be done over wooden floor and is it possible to tile after the kitchen is fitted?
