Hi I had person recommended by yourselfs about 3 years ago I got my bathroom done he had tiled my bathroom and floor tiles the tiles have broken lines through when I asked the guy to fix it he refused it and today I got professional tiler to take up the tile he said tiler used cheap adhesive and used thin ply board in one bathroom and other bathroom he used giprock material that’s the tiles are breaking please can u tell what I can do
