Looking to replace four windows

I have four windows two of which have blown seals so steam up quite badly. The locking mechanisms are nearly all rusty - This is for a two bed terraced. Any idea what im likely to be looking at ?

About £90 per window for the supply of the glass and fitted, the handles differ on style. Tim
