Hi, I have aluminium windows & doors in hardwood frames installed many years ago (over 20yrs). House has cavity walls. Rain water leaking in through top little vent in patio door with extensive damp patches overhead across full length of lintel & approx a third of the way down walls either side of door. Cavity tray failure maybe? Is this something that could be put right or is it time to replace all with new upvc windows & doors? Thanks!
