Is this a conservatory or a true extension ? A conservatory requires an external door between it and the house, the reason for this is that they are too inefficient for heating and convection (letting the heat from the sun in) to pass any building regulations. So while anglian might say that you can use it 365 it's extremely doubtful you can even with all that fancy glass. I'd price up a matching extension and would say that while it's more money it won't be that far above anglians price
