We have recently had a new front door with side glass panels fitted - on inspection the door is too small - we had agreed a door size of 860. Instead the door AND frame size is 860 meaning the actual door is c720 (way too small). The installer is passing the buck saying we asked for 860 however we have text confirmation that we asked for an 860 door and during our discussions we had specifically said that we wanted a door bigger than what we have (810). The installer is basically passing the buck, just wanted to know what our rights are?
