We have a year long contract , deposit paid, for triple glazing. While waiting months for manufacture and communication, we were told we couldn’t have triple, but must accept double, with a tiny price reduction of £150
on our contract for 9 expensive windows.
Is it safe to refuse to pay after installation, until reasonable price reduction is offered?
