CPs comment is a misrepresentation as not only was it readily agreed to pay extra for repainting one side of 7 panels but in fact a small bonus was added.It is also the case that I assisted CP with lifting panels in and out - the resiting took about 2 to 3 minutes per panel and affected only 6. CP damaged a washing spinner and neither offered apology nor compensation.Far from being fussy I take pride in the way my home looks and welcome professional trade support .

Started work but then CP postponed completion.I had to phone to chase several times to complete.Standard of work completed was satisfactory and removal of waste was undertaken at no additional cost but CP also severely damaged a washing spinner during work.
Agreed to place further gardening and paving work with CP over the summer but on phoning to agree firmer dates and adjustment to spec I was told CP had too much work onto complete any of what had been agreed just 3 days earlier ,thus necessitating re sourcing this ,I was very surprised that I was not phoned and had to phone CP to learn of this withdrawal.I therefore cannot recommend CP .

Craig turned up to give the quote when he said he would, once we accepted his quote he turned up on time to do the job and did an excellent job within the timescale he gave us. he was pleasant and polite and we would recommend his services. Mr& Mrs Millman
