What does Checkatrade membership cost?
If you're moving onto a fixed lead plan, one of our team will talk you through pricing based on your trade and area. If you choose the Opportunities Board, creating an account is free; you only pay when you choose to unlock a lead.
What's the difference between a fixed lead plan and the Opportunities Board?
A fixed lead plan means we send matched leads to you automatically throughout the year, similar to how Rated People worked. The Opportunities Board lets you browse available jobs in your area and pick which ones you want to pursue.
Will I lose the leads I already have?
Leads you had on the Rated People platform will no longer be accessible through your Rated People account. If you are eligible to receive previous Rated People data, including jobs, contacts, and invoices, you will have received an email from Checkatrade containing access instructions.
Will I get the same amount of work as I did on Rated People?
Checkatrade has a significantly larger pool of homeowners actively searching for trades. Our team can talk you through what's typical for your trade and area.
