Our Experience

I have worked in the construction industry for 32 years, during which time I have gained extensive experience within the building trade, on private residential property as well as commercial projects. My main areas of expertise are in plastering / tiling / decorating, property refurbishment (have recently fully refurbed a gutted property in Woolton damaged by flood back to perfect standard)path restoration,small extensions, kitchen and bathroom refits. 

I am a conscientious worker, with a high level of commitment and enthusiasm and pride myself on my precision to detail.  I can provide many satisfied customer testimonials and guarentee to offer value for money to any client.

Building job in L17

MCM were very efficient and gave me a quote within a few hours of visiting, even though it was out of normal working hours. I found Mark and his colleagues to be friendly, trustworthy, hardworking and accommodating. They completed the work within the agreed schedule and I am very pleased with the results - so much so that I'll be inviting MCM back in the near future to complete some more work in my flat! I wouldn't hestitate to recommend MCM to a friend :O)

Plastering & rendering job in L17

Absolutely first class, reasonable price, always came when he said he would, arranged for an electrician to come at the same time so the job could be completed quickly, did an excellent job. Due to our error he had to come back to re-site the light switch, did this without a quibble. We would highly recommend him to anyone and will certainly use him again.

Plastering & rendering job in L13

I found Mark of MCM Maintenance to be highly professional. He came out within the hour to quote and assess the job. We accepted his quote and he gave us a suitable date to complete the work. On the day, he arrived when stated, he covered all flooring with protective covers, worked well throughout the day to complete the job. The plastering was completed to high standards, he even cleaned up after he had finished. I would definately use MCM Maintenance again and recommend him to family & friends.Overall rating 5 stars

Very small kitchen. We had the kitchen measured and designed by B&Q, purchased it and then fitted it for customer. Also fitted laminate slate look tiles to floor.

the property walls had been taken back to brick throughout, due to severe flood damage. They were replastered and then painted, along with all ceilings/stair rails / doors etc.
full refit of bathroom. new floorboards /plastered wall / painted /retiled/new suite fitted and new laminate floor fitted.
