Very disappointed with this builder. The most unreliable tradesman we have ever come across. Can't actually comment on the quality or value of his work, as he never turned up to do anything substantial. Let us down on too many occasions and we had to let him go.

Carpentry & joinery job in M32

Amazing job! at a competitive price, i can't praise this man enough, he came, quoted and turned up on time, to work like a trojan to get the job done on time, as it was surprise for my wife coming back from holiday! A very amiable man, who put up with me changing plans half way through, kept me informed each step of the job asking if everything was to my liking and gave good advice! he went out of his way to make sure it was exactly the job i wanted, and nothing was too trouble. have already had him look at two other jobs i need doing, and would have no hesitation in recommending him! The deck he designed and built looks great, it was difficult site with a raised profile, so had to have lots of posts concreted in, i was worried that corners would be cut, but he put more posts in than were needed just to make sure it didnt move an inch! I wasnt around when my wife returned form holiday, but he finished put plants tables and water features in place without being asked! and left the site tidy! Highly recommended in my book!

Bathrooms job in SK14

overall was a good job but not great once I discovered the following - 1. Leaking Basin 2. Leaking waste pipes 3. shower tray marked all over and covered with visible paint Also I made the mistake of paying the builder before completion which meant un reliable aftercare and communication. I paid decent money to find another builder had to come correct his mistakes.
