Luke could not have been more helpful. He was the first to email interest in the job and followed up with a phone-call. He then liaised with the tenants to arrange access, collected the key from the agents, did the job, gave the key back again, whilst keeping me up to date with everything that was going on. He then emailed the certificate and a quote for remedial work as soon as the job was done. He could not have been more helpful, efficient or organised. It was a pleasure to deal with him.
