Chandima was one of 3 tradesman who quoted on fitting a kitchen & bathroom and was the best value by far. He provided a detailed quote and even took line items off when he finished the work as they weren't needed which was a nice surprise! Chandima & his team kept us updated daily on their progress and made some fantastic design and aesthetic suggestions which really added to the overall finish of the project. Chandima fitted a new bathroom and boiler for us. The finish is good but not the excellent quality we were promised. The process of installation was frustating. Chandima's team worked in a haphazard and messy fashion, with little regard for our property resulting in breakages. We were left with no bathroom light, holes in the wall and a poorly finished bathroom for a month. To his credit, Chandima can be relied upon to rectify all faults. I explained to the customer that I will be going on holiday before I start the job and completed every thing when I came back. I know that my works done some mistakes while I was not available when I return I personally rectify all the things to the best quality as possible and even done the ceiling free of charge even though I have mentioned that I won't be available for a month
At the start of the project and in the initial stages we were assured that the work would be completed before you went on holiday. When you were away for a month we had great difficulty in contacting you even though we had problems. You did rectify the faults immediately upon your return however it caused us two periods of disruption rather than one. The ceiling was not done free of charge, but at a reduced rate. However, you could always be relied upon to return to fix any problems.
