Bathroom Fitting

Hello to all Bathroom Specialist/Plumbers. We want to get a new bathroom installed but we are on a really tight budget. We would need someone to take out the old one and dispose of it and then some help measuring up for a new one which we still need to buy. Anyone out there that does cheap (but good quality bathroom installation) In Eastbourne East Sussex. Thanks for your time. Lucy
