I charge approx 30-35 pounds a square metre. Very time consuming to lay as have to lay them down, clean them, seal them, grout them, then seal again.

A factor may depend on where in the country you are situated. I think a standard fair price would be in the region of £25.00 to £30.00 per square meter, plus materials. You will be surprised how quick a good tiler will be able to work.
