What would be the normal quote for a Project to replace the existing fittings of the cloak room bathroom and family bathroom? The details of the jobs are: Cloakroom : 1. Replace Toilet and Cistern 2. Replace cloak room corner basing from two tap to one tap mixer basin 3. Flooring (L 1.76 m x 0.82m) 4. Wall Tiling (Total 10 sq.m) 5. Replace single glazed window with double glazed window(0.39m * 0.55m) 6. Fit an extractor fan (no provision currently) Family Room 7. Replace was basin with pedestal 8. Replace toilet and cistern 9. Replace the standard bath tub. 10. Replace the power shower 11. Fix standard bath screen 12. Flooring (1.7m * 1.4m) 13. Wall tiling (only affected area for replacing bath) All materials listed above and tap fittings will be provided by me. Rest working materials/tools will from the builder (cement/sand/sealant/pipes etc). Can someone help me with a quote and the amount of time the Project will take?
