Help! Bathroom fitter has left job unfinished - what should I do?

My builder/plumber has gone awol leaving our bathroom installation job unfinished. It is a case of finishing off a bit of grouting, fitting basin tap waste, fitting tiled or glass windowcills, installing a heated towel rail, a de-misting mirror(electrics), re-hanging door and making wooden/MDF doors for a large airing cupboard that has been part-finished as well as boxing in a noisy new water pump in this cupboard ie soundproofing it! What sort of tradesman should we ask for?
