Will removal of bathroom suite damage my wall tiles?

Posted by Paul Houston, on
I have a bathroom floor which has been damaged after a leak - tiles are cracked due to th ewood warping underneath, so these will need replaced. In order to fit new fkloor tiles I assume the bath, sink and toilet will need removed then refitted afterwards? That being the case, will this damage the wall tiles around these fittings? I have a few spare to replace a few but not that many!

Hi Paul If you wouldlike to tile a floor wash basin and toilet need to be taken off . If job had been done by a good plumber is not necessary to remove a bath as bath possibly had been fitted before floor was tiled. If just in case you need to take bath out aswell I would suggest to cut silikone off around bath tube then lower bath tube a much as possible to prevent from tiles been taken off from wall. I hope this can help Best regard Rafal Plumbing and Heating Solutions Wyke Bradford
