Bathroom ventilation

Posted by Dax Chan, on
I live in a top floor flat of a 1900-era building. I have a 2m x 2.5m approx bathroom with a sash window (the ropes are broken), and no other ventilation on the corner of my flat, with 2 external bordering walls. Is there any kind of fan extraction that can be applied here, given that we're not allowed to cut holes in the walls or windows? There was a leak in the ceiling above the bathroom and it's been fibreglass protected. The bathroom gets very steamy and the walls get damp after showers.
