Is our small shower room big enough to be made into a wet room?

The dimensions of our shower room are approximately 13 feet x 4 feet. Would it be large enough to make into a wet rom?

I am a bathroom specialist and have turn ensuite shower room no bigger than 6x4 into a wet room it was a funny shape as well had cut the tray to fit , as long u can get enough fall for the waste shouldn't be much problem, make sure the room is fully tank , unless I see the room I cannot give more info ,but the size is not the problem
