Is there any mixer shower for combi boiler in a hard water area

I live in a hard water area.Have a combi boiler with scale reducer fitted but mixer shower keeps clogging up with scale and have to be disconnected from the pipes to clear the scale every few weeks.Is their any other mixer shower which could be cleared of scale without disconnected?
