No hot water from the bathroom tap only,what might be the problem

Hi Clive, If you are talking about the bath itself it could be a device underneath the tap behind the bath panel which is a safety thermostat. (in a reasonably new house) These can be set and adjusted to certain temps to avoid scolding etc John
