Hi , factors affecting quote will be Where is mains water coming from? What type of floors do you have ie concrete /wooden? Where is waste water / toilet waste being piped to ? Where is electric supply coming from for lights? Best to describe job on rated people and get 3 quotes, picking tradesman with best reputation etc

How long is a piece of string? It is not an easy job as there are many factors involved. It may not even be possible. Post the job on the website and get some quotes. regards, pete.
