Complete Bathroom renovation

I was recommended a guy,he seemed to know his stuff etc,came to view the job,text and asked him a couple of questions,he rang with good replies etc. He said he 'd get back to us within a couple of days,never heard anything after 2 days so emailed and text him on Friday evening asking how he was getting on with it and no reply,If he can't be bothered replying before he's even got the job should I be looking elsewhere as I feel this doesn't bode well?
