I am looking to purchase a property. I would like to replace the shower cubicle, WC and Pedestal wash basin. I would also like the wall and floor tiles redone.
I want to know how much it would cost in labour, and how long it would take to carry out this refurbishment, if I provide the tiles, shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
Never had this done before, and just want a cost range to decide whether this property is affordable.
The property is in North Staffordshire (Stoke-on-Trent)
