Bathroom Renovation - which trades should I invite?

I’m planning to install a new bath, washbasin & toilet in same positions as the old items which have been disconnected and removed from site. I also want new half-tiling (7 square metres) to be applied in place of the old tiling which has been removed and the walls made good. Should I invite replies from a Bathroom Specialist, or a Plumber who also does tiling, or from separate Plumber and Tiler?
