Replacing rotten bathroom floor

Posted by Sarah Marks, on
Following a leak from our bath we have a damaged weyroc floor underneath the bath. A small amount of water also went through to the kitchen ceiling below. We are anticipating that the bath will need to come out and therefore the bathroom tiles will be damaged. We have insurance to cover this but I'm unsure whether I need a builder/plumber/bathroom fitter! Also would it be likely that the floor needs to be fully replaced or just left to dry out, I appreciate it is difficult without seeing the damage, which is mainly at one end of the bath.

Dear Sarah I would recomend to post a job on home page under bathroom repair and maintenance cattegory because some of a job needs to be seen before any advice is given. Our service is free of charge with no obligation quote and our tradesmans are happy to help with every aspects of jobs. When you post a job on Rated People home page then 3 companies will get in touch then you would be able to choose the right person as you would receive an e mail with a link to tradesman account where you would see a pictures and you will read revious from previous customers. I hope this will help Best regards Rafal
