Dear Helen I would suggest to read reviews online about them showers as they leak after 2-3 years. I had an experience with 3 units which leaked after 2-3 years and I advice my customers to get in touch with manufacture . They have send a few e mail no respond from Douglasjames customer service. I would not recommend by my experience to buy it. Regards

I forgot to tell that flexible hoses are very poor quality and in most of a cases they cause a leak too. Also TRV could get stuck and temperature won't be adjustable. Regards Rafal
