I am having a new bathroom and toilet fitted. The plumber who has quoted for this work is fitting a new elecric shower, a whirlpool bath, extractor fan and electric towel rail. I have been told that no electrical certificates are required for these. Is this correct and if not, what type of cerificates are needed? Thank you for any advice.
