Ceiling fallen down in my downstairs neighbours bathroom. My floor is visible through the hole. Ceiling that came down is dry and some of my floor came down with it which was also dry. What is the cause of this and will it be a plumber I need to come and look at my floor to see if there is water damage from a pipe? Floor is tiled so can't lift up floorboards to look myself.
