I need to replace my shower head. Current have a fixed shower head, 45 degree arm.
Looking to replace it with a Techno 120 multi function fixed shower head - with 300 wall arm from bathstore.
Had a plumber out today and he said the tail on the existing one is 50mm long, 1/2 inch wide.
I noticed that the one I want to use is 1/2 inch wide but the tail is only 15mm long - unsure if this poses an issue? The plumber advised I need to find one that is at least 50mm long, but the technical guy at bathstore helpline said 50mm length tail is very unusual and also that the collar of the shower head I was looking at can just be moved up the arm.
I am not an expert so am looking for someone to confirm this is the case?
