Mixer tap for bath only producing cold water. As soon as dial is turned in direction of hot, nothing at all comes out. Often makes a loud groaning/whale like noise too?! Was a v expensive fitting and is fitted on main wall which is tiled. Wondering if it's likely to be the thermostat and how big a job it is likely to be??
