Hi,
We seem to have a leak from our shower and has rotted a couple of the floorboards and come through the other side if the wall ruining the carpet. We now have wood rot around the bath itself.
The damp frOm this can be seen on the room below the bathroom.
We also have damp on the ceiling in the bathroom around the exterior wall but not near the shower/bath itself.
