Leaking tap damaged bathroom floor

I had a leaking tap in the bathroom that caused the tiles to lift . I sorted the leak and I think the floor has dried out (this was a few months ago) but the tiles need replacing and the floor needs to be checked for any further damage. Do I get a bathroom or flooring specialist?
