I have intermittent leak from bathroom. Sometimes after years and other times after 6 months.my bathroom is leaking but as it's only once in a while. we notice the ceiling downstairs and wall are dripping we have been unable to rectify. When someone comes to check we are unable to recreate it as the problem is intermittent. Have changed the bathroom last year we had no problems for 6 months then it's started again... Any ideas?
