Bathroom Installation

Posted by Stacey Macklin, on
If i provide all main fittings for a shower refurbishment, eg toilet, basin, taps, cabinet, tiles etc, would this be a job that interests tradesmen? I posted a job, and the amount set was within the range suggested by the website, but i have had no tradesmen interested in quoting for the job and i don't really know why. Thanks

Hi Stacey, Yes this is the sort of job that should interest tradesmen, depending where you are, we would certainly be interested in looking at it for you, On your listing how did you set the timescale etc? you see, since it costs us to purchase the lead on here,ie,get your contact details etc, we look for the jobs stating `ready to hire` also the more you put as your budget, the greater the cost to us to purchase the lead,so tradesmen will be looking for more definate jobs, I personally never buy the `looking for a quote for insurance purposes` as they are clearly not yet in a position to commence the job,so it`s money wasted on our part. put in a lower budget figure as once the tradesman contacts you,you are going to discuss the job and get a quote anyway! I hope this helps, Regards Simon
