Have you used silicone sealant and sealed up the corners to the top?

I have recently installed a new shower plus base in my bathroom. But i have a leak on the corners, this is a quadrant shower base. I took it out once and resealed it again. It was ok at first but now it is leaking a bit. Only a small amount but any water is not good.
