Do I still have to pay even if I don't win the job !

Hi Alec, When you purchase a lead, you'll be one of a maximum of three tradespeople who do so. You aren't purchasing the right to do the job itself, but the right to quote for the work. Winning the work is down to you. However, if you're unable to quote for the job (i.e. you've not been able to contact the homeowner and have sent emails / left messages), you then need to 'request a call back'. We then contact the homeowner on your behalf. If a further 24 hours pass without you hearing from the homeowner, you can report the lead. You can do this using the 'available actions' menu on the right hand side when you're logged in on your computer. If you're using our app, this functionality is also available there - just click the 'Report a lead' button. You can find out more about our request a credit policy by visiting our help page in the navigation at the top of this page. Hope this helps, Jon
