Poor wormanship

Posted by David Pirrie, on
We have recently had a bathroom renovation with quick shocking standards of workmanship much of which needs replacing. We were never given invoices or receipts and do not know what comeback we have on the original builders... can you give advice

Do you have a contact number of the engineer ? Have you paid him in full ? If so contact him , give him a chance to pay you some money back , give him a deadline and ask for some money by say 10 days - take into account if he supplied materials then you have those so he doesn't need to give you one u back for those - tell him your not happy with the work and you will go to trading standards if he doesn't give refund - if he doesn't then go to trading standards - I am running a small business and reputation is everything , there will always be complaints no matter how good the company but it should always be to a good standard , If you have paid in full then it may be hard because once you pay that balance technically your saying your happy With the work I would be happy to help at any time Also if he is off rated people then leave him a bad review , reviews are everything to me
