Installing a bathroom in an existing loft conversion

Posted by Gemma Fagbadegun, on
My house has a loft conversion with a small bedroom and a large bedroom. I want to convert the small bedroom into a bathroom, with sink, toilet and shower cubicle (no bath needed). it sits directly above the existing bathroom on the first floor, and there's a window. can you give me a rough estimate of what this might cost please and how long works would take? we'd need new floors and tiles as it is currently just carpeted/painted.

it depends on a few factors, really you need someone to come round to view the said room, running the pipe work and electrics isn't a problem. the budget depends on how much you want to spend on the suite and tiles etc.

What would you like to do now?
