Take out the old suitemake site ready for total return,plaster if necessary tile remove old tile floor and half way up the wall.Except floor to ceiling tile over bath and shower.Fit new towel rail and new lighting ,fit new bathroom door. Fit new extractor fan.Fitter supplies everything
