Liquid (Tile) Adhesive?

Hi all, The top two rows of my bathroom tiles (porcelain, 30x60cm) have come off the wall along with a hanging mirror cabinet (now broken). Seeing now how the builders who stuck the tiles to the wall, I am not surprised! My bathroom wall is leaning (away from you when you stand in front of it), and instead of putting more Aquaboard on the wall and then tiling, they have used massive thick splats of tile adhesive (two per tile) in order to straighten out the tiled wall. I can't afford to have the whole wall re-done (this would amount to effectively doing a full bathroom refurb). Instead, I am hoping to fill the gaps behind the tiles that are still sticking (six rows from the floor up) in order to secure them, and then get someone in to re-do the top two rows properly by adding more plasterboard before laying the tiles with a normal amount of evenly spread adhesive (5-6mm max) instead of the 30mm blobs the initial builders used (I still can't get over this!). Long story short... QUESTION: DOES SUCH A LIQUID MATERIAL EXIST? I do know about expanding foam of course but I am not sure about its adhesive qualities. Furthermore, I am worried that the force of the expansion could actually push the tiles off the wall, which I want to avoid at all costs. Any pointers here would be hugely appreciated. Thank you!

Ideally the tiles need to be taken of and re done! eventually moisture will build up and pop them off! Never, just "dot and dab" tiles, they need a full bed of tile adhesive for them to be secure, and I mean the cement adhesive that has to be mixed , NOT ready mixed tub adhesive! Not what you wanted to here, but I've been behind tradesmen rectifying jobs just like your explaining. All the best
