Ground floor room previously used as bathroom now utility room floor area 16sq.metres ht 10ft . Tiled floor to ceiling with avocado tiles, which are now unavailable and show signs of age ! Tile over ? or cover with tongue annd groove panelling and then paint. Not sure who to use or potential cost.
