Hi. An unnoticed leak from my bath tub caused water damage and ultimately collapse of par of the ceiling at e neighbour flat downstairs. I wonder what trade deals with a job of fixing a floor/ceiling between two flats as I think it may require a mixture of grouting, plastering and paint work within the damaged area. What are the approximate costs for such task?
